The APAC'03 Conference will be held at the Royal
Pines Resort, a 5 star property on 200 hectares just 12 minutes
drive from the beaches of Surfers Paradise. All the resort accommodation
offers panoramic views of the golf course, garden or Gold Coast.

Royal Pines Resort offers a complimentary shuttle service loop
between Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, the Casino and Pacific Fair
Shopping Centre. It has six restaurants, kids’ club, indoor and
outdoor swimming pool, The Resort Spa with its range of massage
therapies, seven undercover tennis courts, an 18 hole championship
golf course and gymnasium.
Concierge can arrange limousines, hire cars and taxis on request.
For guests travelling to and from Brisbane, the Gold Coast is connected
to Brisbane by a rail service. The Nerang Rail Station is five minutes
drive from the Resort. For guests driving to the resort, the resort
offers complimentary undercover parking in addition to its optional
valet parking service (fee applies).

ACCOMMODATION
Royal Pines
Resort has been selected for the Conference and Exhibition.
Royal Pines has a range of meeting rooms and substantial exhibition
space in the Conference Centre. The Exhibition area is centrally
located and will be the 'hub' for all activities of the Conference.
Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated
at the Royal Pines Resort as detailed below. All rates are for single,
twin or double occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use
the online registration facility or contact the conference organisers
Martin Lack and Associates (do not contact the hotel direct). If
you require suites please note this in “Additional Comments” at
the end of the registration form.
Whilst the conference organisers will make the booking on your
behalf, delegates are required to settle their own account on departure.
Please note that there will be a penalty of one night’s accommodation
for any cancellations not advised prior to anticipated arrival.
