Royal Pines Resort has been selected for the Conference and Exhibition. Royal Pines has a range of meeting rooms and substantial exhibition space in the Conference Centre. The Exhibition area is centrally located and will be the 'hub' for all activities of the Conference.

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at the Royal Pines Resort as detailed below. All rates are for single, twin or double occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use the online registration facility or contact the conference organisers Martin Lack and Associates (do not contact the hotel direct). If you require suites please note this in “Additional Comments” at the end of the registration form.

Whilst the conference organisers will make the booking on your behalf, delegates are required to settle their own account on departure.

Please note that there will be a penalty of one night’s accommodation for any cancellations not advised prior to anticipated arrival.
